The position
An exciting and challenging role exists for a highly driven, success-motivated individual who can drive and lead our Gold Coast business to deliver superior performance, sustained profitability, and growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and daily operation of the business, assisting with the development of budgets and the achievement of all financial, business and people objectives. Managing and developing staff and providing a safe place of work is paramount, as is your ability to foster client relationships to maximise returns.
To be successful, ideally you will have experience as a manager or supervisor within the fire protection or other building services industries. Sound commercial acumen and judgment is preferred, as is your ability to think strategically with a broad perspective and future orientation.
The perfect candidate will understand all things related to fire installation and servicing (wet, dry, passive, special hazards, vehicles), have sound financial skills, understand people and what motivates them, understand and be able to manage customer priorities, be a team player, and have a positive attitude to problem solving.
