The Role
Reporting into the Lead Construction Manager, the Substation Construction department are seeking a qualified Electrical Construction Manager with Substation experience to join their team.
The Construction Manager is responsible for managing and completing projects allocated by the Lead Construction Manager, in a safe, efficient, timely and cost-effective manner through the diligent management of people, subcontractors and resources. The Construction Manager actively provides leadership and guidance to construction crews, as well as coordinating day to day operations, managing budgets and planning / scheduling of work.
What you’ll need
- electrical trade qualification; and or experience in construction industry;
- experience in construction of substation and/or high voltage infrastructure projects;
- current SA drivers licence;
- current first aid and CPR certification; and
- will be required to work away depending on pipeline of work.
