About the role and company culture.
Our client is a leading HVAC services contractor in NSW - Due to newly landed projects, they are seeking an experienced Construction manager to come in and lead an existing team.
The projects team is made up of projects managers, site managers, estimators and engineers with a strong network in commercial construction and fit out.
This role is due to growth and they are looking for someone who can lead, build and maintain internal relationships and assist with the growth of the division.
The role will a leading part of their business and due to their structure they can offer a clear role into directorship/ profit share or shares.
Day to Day duties but not limited to.
- Managing HVAC projects team
- Managing on-site subbies and trades
- Managing safety and toolbox talks
- Making sure the projects team are delivering on time and within budget
- Reporting directly to the director and share holders
- Helping grow the existing PnL
- Build and maintain existing relationships
Selection Criteria.
- Artick license
- Drivers license
- Strong time management
- Trade Qualified - Air conditioning
- Two recent references
