The Construction Project Lead is responsible for overseeing the re-development of Spirit of Tasmania’s Devonport terminal and office facilities being undertaken by TasPorts. This role is responsible for ensuring that Spirit of Tasmania’s requirements including delivery timelines, agreed budget and operational needs are addressed. This includes being Spirit of Tasmania’s primary liaison with TasPorts and other key stakeholders.
To succeed in this pivotal role, you are degree qualified in engineering with extensive experience in project managing large-scale Construction Projects. A formal qualification in project management is desirable as is experience in the development of maritime, logistics, ports or roads infrastructure or similar. Your outstanding analytical, commercial and interpersonal skills together with your ability to consolidate and manage key stakeholder relationships will see you thrive in this exceptional opportunity.
