Transeal Projects Pty Ltd is a construction business specialising in the provision of caulking services for high-rise residential and commercial developments. Given the needs of the business, we now require a Construction Project Manager to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be required to work out of our premises in Canley Heights, NSW.
The duties and responsibilities of the position include:
- Reviewing and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
- Consulting with allied trades workers and other professional.
- Managing project including labour, costings, budget and other matters.- Coordinating projects on behalf of Transeal.
- Negotiating with relevant stakeholders from beginning to end of process / project.
- Tending to submission of documentation to local authorities and other interested parties.
- Management of subcontractors.
- Reporting to Transeal management as and when necessary
- Must have knowledge and expertise in the caulking industry.
We offer remuneration of between $115,000 and $120,000 per annum excluding superannuation.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor Degree qualification or higher PLUS two (2) years full-time relevant
work experience; OR
- Five (5) years, full-time work experience.
