Responsibilities include:
As part of a tight-knit team you will strive to deliver targets on time and within budget. Communication is the key dynamic to our business and you will be supported by strong work processes and systems.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals, as well as technical and skilled workers
- Ensure projects are built and delivered on time, within budget and to required quality specification
- Interpreting architectural blueprints and specifications
- Managing workforce allocation and overseeing the procurement and delivery of materials, machinery, and equipment
- Developing and implementing coordinated project schedules
- Supervising subcontractors' work quality and progress
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards for performance, quality, cost, and safety

Location: Penrith
Full Time - $90,000 package + Superannuation
