Key Responsibilities
· Coordination of and consultation with architectural, engineering and construction professionals
· Continually monitor market and competitor activity in relation to the direction and performance of the project, implementing product changes in conjunction with members of the cross functional project team when applicable to maintain competitiveness
· Proactively Identify the key business risks and initiate risk mitigation strategies
· Ensure all HSE processes are properly implemented within the area of responsibility
· Actively manage all aspects of Project launch and delivery
· Developing and delivering on project vision
· Awarding, managing and administering contracts
· Reporting, budgeting, risk assessment, monthly reviews and cash flow management
· Manage the strategy and implementation of various aspects of the sales and marketing process
About You
· 10 MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
