The selected candidate will enhance the existing project management team and contribute significantly to the company’s growth.

Project Manager – Tubular Running Services
Location: Perth
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

About the Role:
Our client in Perth urgently seeks a Project Manager for Tubular Running Services (TRS). In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and successfully delivering optimised solutions to customers in the Oil and Gas industry. As the Project Manager, you will manage expectations, gather requirements, generate accurate estimates, and maintain effective communication regarding project details with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Consult with management and review project proposals.
• Establish a professional and successful relationship with the client.
• Accurately estimate new projects based on the defined scope of work.
• Develop and present the statement of work and project plans, considering site surveys and requirements gathering.
• Formulate and define technical scope and objectives.
• Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• Coordinate project resources and workload within a matrix organisational structure.
• Establish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
• Prepare and review status reports, schedules, and plans as required.
• Provide functional and technical advice and resolve problems.
• Coordinate and respond to requests for changes.
• Develop and maintain technical and project documentation.
• Create Field Acceptance test plans and conduct tests.
• Understand and comply with our client’s Quality Policy and all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies.
