ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining small and friendly team in Morisset, you will be working closely with builders and on-the-road Project Managers to schedule assessments, repairs and technicians, for attending to damaged insured buildings across Melbourne Metro.
This is a permanent, office-based position, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
Starting salary flexible based on experience.
ABOUT YOU
- Warm, welcoming and professional phone manner.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Exposure to the building and/or insurance industry highly advantageous, inc. terminology & basic processes, but this is not obligatory.
- Strong computer skills - ability to pick up new programs and procedures quickly.
- Efficient, organised and able to prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal customer service & communication skills.
- Looking to commit long-term and grow within a company.
