Local Cleaning is a Market Leader in construction site waste removal in the building industry. We provide services to all major builder of Sydney.
With the current market growth, we are seeking to hire a highly motivated and passionate Admin/ Service Scheduler. The position is located at our office in Kurnell.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin/ Service Scheduler to join our team. Along with general office admin the role is predominantly be, coordinating and scheduling service jobs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and maintaining clear communication with customers and service drivers .
It would suit a person who is motivated, quick to make decisions, have a great work ethic and is able to work as part of a dynamic team for a highly successful and fast-growing Australian Business.
This is a full-time permanent role and we are willing to train the right person for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for customers.
- Manage and update the service calendar to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and drivers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
- Collaborate with service drivers to optimize their schedules and route plans.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and completed work.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.
- Monitor service requests and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of scheduling processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a scheduling or customer service role, preferably in a service-based industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in scheduling software Servicem8 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
