The Opportunity:
We are thrilled to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Construction Site Supervisor/Manager to join our Glenvill Projects Team. This vital role oversees various home building projects from initiation to final inspection and beyond, ensuring each project exemplifies our high standards and meets client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the construction process, maintaining alignment with our quality standards and client needs.
- Establish effective communication with clients and team members, providing timely and accurate project updates.
- Build and manage a robust network of trades, optimising project efficiency and outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to quality control, building practices, and safety regulations.
- Manage construction timelines, budgets, and compliance with OH&S standards.
- Coordinate on-site activities, subcontractors, and the administrative aspects of construction.
- Deliver weekly reports on site activities and project progression.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within medium-density construction, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Customer-focused, with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Proactive, resilient, and ready to address challenges with a 'can do' attitude.
- Excellent relationship-building capabilities with both team members and stakeholders.
- A strong advocate for quality, process improvement, and effective problem-solving.
