The supervisor role will require -
- Management of the site works for key projects.
- Coordinating site visits to inspect jobs and deliver materials as needed.
- Collaborating with Project coordinator to organise and complete jobs efficiently.
- Collaborating with Project coordinator to check upcoming jobs and acquiring necessary materials and equipment.
- Organising materials for installers and site preparation.
- Quality control and attention to detail.
- Management of subcontractors.
- Direct liaison with clients, architects and project managers.
- OHS understanding and commitment.
- Construction knowledge and an ability to devise solutions.
- Committed and professional work ethic, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Ability to use initiative and be proactive / forward thinker.
