Major Project experience essential
Our client requires a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee key aspects of a major infrastructure project on the Central Coast NSW.
This position is for a March 2024 commencement for at least a two-year contract arrangement.
This role will be responsible for assisting in implementing all aspects of Project Safety, Construction, Environmental and Quality Management Systems including audits, contractor management, investigation and corrective action where required.
The major responsibilities will include the direct management of the contractor construction team including development and implementation of the execution plan, provide leadership, management of the Safety Plans and all related project plans and budgets.
Essential Criteria
Previous experience as a Construction Manager in a similar complex environment and the successful project delivery of a range of water infrastructure projects is essential.
Trade certificate or equivalent experience.
Local government working experience and knowledge of the Local Government Act will be highly regarded.
White Card, Working at Heights and Confined Space essential.
