As a Quality & Compliance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring the quality of claims practices to meet business requirements, legal and regulatory obligations, and customer expectations. You will establish strong relationships with stakeholders and leverage those relationships to generate insights and optimise claims practice and outcomes. This is a permanent role and can be based in all major cities in Australia.
