About the Role

As a specialist Consultant in our Sales & Category team, you will be responsible for recruiting mid-to-senior roles in the FMCG market.

You will spend your time:

• Consulting with some of Australia’s most exciting organisations, from high-growth SMEs like Mutti to household names like Arnott’s, Kellanova, and Campari.
• Growing and maintaining your own community of top-tier sales and category professionals, becoming a trusted advisor as you help them get the most out of their careers.
• Building your personal brand by leveraging [axr]’s strong market position and suite of assets.

You’ll manage your assignments and relationships with clients and candidates in an environment that combines energy, positivity, challenge, and support. Here, you have the chance to build a long-lasting career in a thriving business with great people who enjoy each other’s company.
