You'll be responsible for

• Ensuring the transfer of business is completed within timeframes and service levels.
• Reviewing policies for possible breaches, refunds, corrections and reconciliations
• Undertaking complex policy remediation under compliance breach.
• Communicating with customers via email and giving updates regarding errors or refunds.
• Managing control reports as required

About You

• 1 year of experience in underwriting or operations (systems, policies, claims or contract centre) background
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to optimise business value to customers by delivering high quality services and positive customer experiences to sustain and enhance the customer base.
• High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and the ability to quickly identify errors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
