You'll be responsible for
- Ensuring the transfer of business is completed within timeframes and service levels.
- Reviewing policies for possible breaches, refunds, corrections and reconciliations
- Undertaking complex policy remediation under compliance breach.
- Communicating with customers via email and giving updates regarding errors or refunds.
- Managing control reports as required
- 1 year of experience in underwriting or operations (systems, policies, claims or contract centre) background
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to optimise business value to customers by delivering high quality services and positive customer experiences to sustain and enhance the customer base.
- High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and the ability to quickly identify errors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
