Lenehan White is established to provide independent Workers Compensation expertise, focusing on those employers who are seeking input to pursue continuous improvement in their Workers Compensation and Injury Management processes.
We provide bespoke solutions to a broad range of clients, very much dependent on their specific needs.
We looking to appoint an analyst/consultant who has experience in the NSW iCare Scheme and is looking for part time casual employment to use those skills they previously acquired, either working as an Analyst, Claims Manager, or larger employer in WHS.
Experience/Skills:
- Claims Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation claims management or analysis.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of workers' compensation laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal team members.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex claims data and identify relevant insights.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and claim handling.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work closely with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with claims management software is preferred.
Education:
- Certificates and course completion for appropriate skill development will be viewed positively.
