We have an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Care Agent to join our team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who prides themselves in providing exceptional consumer experiences.
This position is responsible for:
- Managing the full spectrum of consumer product enquiries via a variety of platforms including phone, web-based and social media;
- managing all complaints and escalating when required to the Quality Department for investigation; and
- being an ambassador for our products.
Selection criteria:
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills including the ability to effectively manage consumer complaints;
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills (various mediums);
- excellent time management skills; and
- a high level of attention to detail.
This role is 3 days per week – Monday, Thursday and Friday.
