I-MED Contact Centre! We are offering an exciting opportunity to be part of the I-Med Contact Centre Team at our Mount Waverly office.
As part of the Contact Centre team you will play a crucial role in assisting people with booking in for medical scans, supporting them through their medical journey. The Contact Centre working hours are from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Your shift will be scheduled between these hours.
Our ideal team members will have: Clear communication skills, both in speaking and listening, along with patience and empathy for people in varying situations
Ability to keep calm under pressure and multi-task between different systems while actively listening
High attention to detail and accuracy
Call Centre experience is preferred but not essential
