Your key responsibilities will include:
Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to Urban Utilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling general customer enquiries via telephone, email, and webchat.
- Providing accurate and timely information about Urban Utilities' products and services.
- Recording and processing customer enquiries, ensuring follow-up when necessary.
- Resolving customer issues and escalating as needed.
- Building strong customer relationships and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system.
- 7 to 12 months of experience in customer service or Contact Centre roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
- Proficiency in MS Windows and email communication.
- Ability to learn and adapt to legislative requirements and company policies.
