Our team knows the difference a great customer experience can make. We are the first voice people hear when they call – so it’s kind of important! From enquiring about the NDIS through to buying a ticket in the latest lottery, our team adds value to every single enquiry and every interaction.
Your Role:
As a crucial member of our team, you'll be actively engaged in both inbound and outbound interactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. Whether you're handling inquiries, resolving issues, or driving sales through outbound calls, you'll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to exceptional Customer Service.
What do I need?
- You have a passion for sales both outbound and inbound.
- You are a stellar communicator, effortlessly explaining complex information and quickly grasping new processes and systems.
- You possess a genuine personality and find joy in assisting others.
- You're confident that a Contact Centre is where you'll excel.
- You're confident with computers using Microsoft Windows.
- Possession of a NDIS Worker Screening Check is preferred, otherwise you're willing to obtain one.
