Location: Newcastle
Pay Rate: $34.01 per hour + Super
Working Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week / Work from Home flexibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Use broad knowledge and training to assist customers in the contact center.
- Build positive relationships with customers across various channels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service and feedback.
- Resolve inquiries within scope
- Handle basic agency services and update records efficiently.
- Record and escalate customer complaints as needed..
- Support service delivery through administrative tasks.
- Utilise digital systems for customer information management.
- Manage high volume and evolving tasks in the contact center.
- Operate communication systems accurately.
- Maintain positive phone interactions.
- Address customer needs promptly and accurately
- 2 - 3 years customer service experience (Call Centre, admin, retail)
- Need excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous gov experience is preferred but not required
- Intermediate computer skills required
