Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as needed
- Utilise communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers effectively
- Adhere to established procedures and guidelines to ensure service quality
- Ability to work to KPI's
- 2-3 years of customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous government experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable working in an office environment
- Intermediate computer skills (typing, mouse, monitor)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and software
- Competitive pay rate plus Super
