Pay Rate:$34.01 per hour + Super

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as needed
• Utilise communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers effectively
• Adhere to established procedures and guidelines to ensure service quality
• Ability to work to KPI's

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous government experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable working in an office environment
• Intermediate computer skills (typing, mouse, monitor)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and software
