We are passionate about photography, but more importantly, Real Estate. We are one of Queensland's fastest growing Real Estate photography companies and due to expansion are looking for multiple photographers to join our team.
This is a contractor position and an ABN will be required. Work will involve photoshoots from 9am until twilight (7pm during Summer), some Saturday work may be required.
We accept applications from current Real Estate Photographers & Photographers from other genres, however we encourage people with either a Real Estate or strong customer service background to apply for the role as we see this position as being very customer orientated with photography being second to great customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- A passion for Real Estate
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Taking photos using an DSLR, aerial photos using a drone and drawing floorplans.
- Decluttering, moving items in each room to ensure the home looks its best.
- Speaking and building rapport with agents we work about Real Estate marketing, and talking with the homeowner/tenant during the shoot. Must be friendly and confident.
- Upload images on the go to the cloud.
Selection criteria:
- Proven customer service background, a warm welcoming manner and the ability to quickly build rapport with Sales Agents, Property Managers and assistants.
- Reliable - you must be good with time management, be able to arrive on time to photoshoots and have access to your own reliable and economic car.
- Ability to learn new skills and problem solve in a practical way to get the job done.
- Full time availability
People with limited photography experience but a strong Real Estate or customer service background are encouraged to apply. You will be supported with on the job training and some equipment. Paid on the job training thereafter will typically take 4 weeks where you will be buddied up with our head of photography on real photoshoots. Travel to our Springwood office will be required for approximately 4 weeks for training.
