Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Storytelling: Craft compelling content that aligns with our clients' objectives and resonates with their target audience.
• Platform Expertise: Dive deep into the culture of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and more. Understand the nuances, trends, and tribes that make each platform unique.
• End-to-End Creation: Own the creative process from ideation to execution, producing content in various formats, from static images to videos and GIFs.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with creative partners, bringing to life ideas that stand out and make an impact on social media.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve, identifying emerging platforms and trends in the digital space. Embrace and experiment with generative AI tools to push creative boundaries.
• Education: Share insights and knowledge with the agency's creative team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in social media content creation.

Qualifications:

• Passion for pop culture and a deep understanding of social media trends, especially on platforms like TikTok.
• Proven experience in designing digital and social content across various formats and platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Familiarity with Final Cut, Resolve Studio, CapCut, and other video editing apps is a plus.
• Experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, Leonardo ai, StableDiffusion XL, Photoshop Generative Fill, and more.
• Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail in colours, textures, treatments, and branding.
• Ability to conceptualise and execute ideas independently and collaboratively.
• Culturally immersed with an understanding of internet-based trends and colloquialisms (everyday / popular expressions and culture shared by the tribes).
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, with strong communication and brainstorming skills.
