Content Creator & Community Engager

We’re looking for a Content Creator in a role that will showcase your skills in video production, creative thinking & social media prowess. You will be at the forefront of crafting captivating content that resonates with our audiences across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple brands in the teen, beauty & personal brand spaces giving you a lot of scope for creativity. The role will be working from home except when on location to shoot content.

Staying ahead of the curve is key in this role. You'll need to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in social media and beauty, leveraging your creativity and insights to create content that stands out.
 

What You'll Do:

• Create a large volume of video content for our social platforms.
• Organise content needed from external creators and influencers. 
• Find ways to repurpose existing content to constantly create new angles and strategies.
• Act with speed and identify new trends on platforms.
• Constantly analyse content data and analytics to create a feedback loop of what works and what doesn’t.
• Shoot different clips for videos that need footage. 

About You: 

• An aspiring Content Creator with the ability to craft content ranging from short form TikTok and Reels to insightful interviews and educational pieces that encapsulate our brand vision.
• Content creation – Proficient in Photography/Videography/Graphic Design. Ability to plan and craft content with viewers, current trends and business objectives in mind.
• Post-production –experience using editing software/programs (Canva, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Exceptional creativity and strategic thinking, when you create something that works, you find a way to 10x it. 
• Ability to travel to content locations within Sydney.
• Your primary focus will be on content capture and editing, but skills in copyrighting, planning and scheduling, and community engagement are highly valued. 
• Competent in using all relevant platform specific content creation tools (TikTok, IG Reels, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Creator Studio etc) 
• Experience in AI tools related to content creation
• You don't need a lot of experience if you can demonstrate you can do the role at a high level.
