Socials Content Creator + Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Content Creator + graphic designer to create on-trend Meta Ads, Tik Tok & Instagram content. Starting as a contractor and moving quickly into full-time for the right candidate.

This role will manage all of Kavala Collective’s content! It is a combination of filming, editing, wire framing, and managing our contracting UGC creators. 

We are looking for an absolute content LOVER who loves to stay on top of all fashion trends on both IG & Tik Tok & froths out on creating amazing, highly-converting videos & posts! This will be a super fun role that works directly with our Founder & Digital Marketing team. We are looking for somebody that wants to get creative & have a ton of autonomy & fun!

Responsibilities:

1. Create Content for our Meta Ads account, Instagram & Tik Tok platforms through filming, video editing, photo editing graphic design, use of in-app platforms & design apps (capcut, inshot, etc.)
2. Work closely with our Digital Marketing team to create (film, edit, brief out, and/or produce) relevant and highly engaging Meta Ads content 
3. Edit content that comes through from other team members, photoshoots, UGC creators, etc. into finished converting ads & social posts using editing & graphic design skills
4. In-house Content Creator: Film yourself, the Kavala team & contractors to create content for our social & paid advertising platforms
5. Out-of house content management: Source & manage UGC & Content Creators for Kavala on a contracting basis
   1. Brief out Content Creators based on our current content needs
   2. Manage the process from start to finished product
6. Wireframe content ideas for our in-house and contracting team to carry out
7. Organize all content in our google drive folders to share with Digital Marketing Team
8. Work closely with Digital Marketing team to learn what content is currently performing well for ads to create more of what works
9. Manage our IG & Tik Tok accounts
10. Create, manage & drive our content calendar to make sure we are creating all the content necessary for driving brand growth
11. Pull reports on what is working organically to share with the team

About you:

1. Advanced experience using in-app Instagram + Tik Tok Platforms
2. Advanced experience using video editing apps - inshot, capcut, etc
3. Advanced graphic design & video editing skills
4. Highly knowledgable about trending content in both IG, Tik Tok & Meta Ads
5. Able to manage a multi-faceted and fast-paced role 
6. Able to work autonomously & learn the business to be the expert in the content field for Kavala
7. Super excited to have a ton of impact in a small, tight-knit team

This job will be a combination role of WFH & on-site (travel may sometimes be required!)
