Content Creator to join the AHS projects team. Reporting to Project Manager - Ops Support, this role is responsible for mapping and creation of Training Content from Product User Manuals. Or any supporting document requiring task-based objectives to be created, including the facilitation of approval flows for our document control systems associated with deployment of Fleet Management and Autonomous Haulage (AHS) products to operational sites. Attention to detail as a key requirement in this role, as is communicating with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities- Working with project teams and other key stakeholders to produce high-quality Training Content.
- Translating complex information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
- Ensuring that the content meets the needs of the target audience.
- Utilising excellent skills in grammar and referencing.
- Providing effective and efficient reviews for content created by others, based on relevant style guides.
- Offering guidance and support in line with documentation best practices.
- Processing of documents in line with control process.
