About Us: Sprint Solutions specialises in large format printing and signage solutions, primarily serving the real estate industry. We're dedicated to delivering top-notch, customised signage that enhances our clients' branding and visibility.
The Role: We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our vibrant creative team. In this role, you'll craft compelling visuals for large format and small print, collaborating closely with new and existing clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive client briefs from the design team supervisor.
- Adjust and check art is to our print and template specifications
- Reproduce client-supplied artwork pdfs to working files
- Export print-ready art for the commercial side of the business
- Design visually stunning templates and graphics for large format printing.
- Work within the creative team to refine designs.
- Assist in production to ensure high-quality final products.
- Juggle multiple projects, meeting client deadlines.
Job Requirements:
- Advanced skills and technical knowledge of graphic design techniques and tools (Adobe CC, Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- Tertiary qualified or graphic design discipline equivalent
- Junior to Mid strength designer - minimum 1-2 years experience in a related field
- Pre-press knowledge, small and/or large format printing exposure ideal but not essential
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
- Organisational and file management skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Efficient time management to handle multiple projects.
Work Setup:
- This position is a permanent full-time position with a 6 month probationary period
- Working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
