The purpose of the Madi Lane Bridal Group Content Creator is to create captivating content for social media and digital platforms that elevates the presence across all brands in the hearts and minds of brides worldwide. A focus on standing out from the crowd with clearly branded points of view, which is in-tune with the different stages of the bridal journey and taps into social trending concepts.
Role & Responsibilities
As the Content Creator for all brands at Madi Lane Bridal Group, you will be required to ideate, film, and edit video content for all social media and digital platforms, which supports the differentiated brand aesthetics and nuances, for each seasonal campaign. In addition, you will assist the Creative Lead to ensure all creative productions are organised, on time and stress-free.
- Create, edit and deliver compelling, high-quality content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience for social media and digital platforms - including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Website, eDMs etc...
- Capturing and editing video and photo footage (including BTS) at campaign shoot, for social media and other digital platforms.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive content creation plan which considers the broader content requirements for the team. Publish to expected deadlines for approval.
- Identifying and utilising customer images, user generated content and incorporate those “real brides” onto company social media accounts, email marketing and website / blogs.
- Building and managing all content libraries (including real brides).
- Planning and facilitating in-studio photo shoots with regular occurrence. This includes (but is not limited to) developing run sheets and mood boards, securing props and sets, dress loans, and booking models/influencers.
- Staying up to date with social and industry trends to make recommendations for new content creation/asset development. Being prepared to act quickly and jump on to a trend if required.
- Assisting the Creative Lead in the production of larger campaign shoots where needed, including sourcing models, dress loans, and logistics etc.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Content Creator
- Video (low fi) film and editing experience is mandatory
- Up to date experience in editing software like Premiere Pro or CapCut.
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- Production experience essential– coordinating small shoots, being hands-on end to end.
- Highly passionate about social media. Follows trends profusely.
- Highly aesthetic with a good eye for composition, typography, and music
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in Bridal highly desirable
