Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Content Creator & Social Media Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing and our content team to produce stunning digital content, including short-form reels, TikToks, and other engaging visuals for both organic and paid Social Media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and content team to develop creative concepts for digital content.
- Create compelling short-form video content, including reels and TikToks, that resonates with our target audience.
- Assist with managing our organic and paid Social Media channels, ensuring content is consistent with our brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor Social Media trends and analytics to optimize content performance and engagement.
- Coordinate with external partners and influencers to amplify our Social Media presence.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across various digital channels.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in content creation and Social Media management.
- Proficiency in creating short-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Reels.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms and best practices for engagement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends (preferred but not required).
