The Opportunity

This role is responsible for the following main areas:
User-centred content design - Carry out user research and testing to inform customer-centric content
Content quality management - Ensure all content is accurate and in line with Bupa voice and tone, brand and design guidelines.
Your objective is to drive alignment and consistency across all content within our Sales and Service programs of work, resulting in cohesive experiences within our digital ecosystems. This role drives the approach to content design in a multidisciplinary team that includes UX researchers, product designers, engineers, and other specialisations.
You will bring
User-centred content design
You have extensive experience with UX-writing and digital content expertise in digital, agile multi-channel environments.
Demonstrated deep understanding of digital content principles, user interface design patterns
Use analytics and customer insights to help identify optimisations that will improve customer experience and content quality.
Evidence-based content recommendations based on user-testing, SEO research, content audits and inputs from cross-functional teams.
Translate user and business requirements into compelling experiences.
Support inclusive content design principles and accessible experiences for everyone.
Synthesising complex systems into coherent, concise, and compelling interface copy.
Content quality management
Ensure all content is accurate and in line with Bupa voice and tone, brand and design guidelines.
Coach other team members on the end-to-end content creation process
Ensure all content complies with relevant legislation and guidelines and adheres to Bupa’s tone of voice and digital writing style guidelines.
Proofread and edit content developed by the Digital Content team
Drive alignment and consistency across Sales and Service digital content, creating seamless digital experiences for prospective customers and members
Conduct gap analysis and competitor analysis to continually optimise content performance.
Alignment to tone of voice, language, and design system for current and future digital experiences.
Support content system guides for digital assets to ensure the correct usage of content with a clear understanding of how to write content for them.
Aligning to WCAG 2.1 AA content-related success criteria.
You will bring:
3+ years working in UX content strategy and/or product content design.
Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, writing, journalism, or a similar field.
Strong background in using data and research to optimise content performance.
A strong team player with sharp attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and strong organisational and time management skills.
Enterprise CMS Production (Sitecore, Adobe Experience Cloud) experiences.
Strong knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and UX fundamentals.
High-level grammar, editing, and copywriting skills.
An ability to effectively communicate ideas and content decisions to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Have a curiosity to understand health insurance business drivers and customer needs.
Content quality review with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to project teams
Working with a growth mindset leveraging Design thinking & HCD methodologies
Experience or certification working in an agile delivery environment
