The role of the Content Designers is a highly specialised skill set and involves the platform knowledge of the Adobe Experience Manager Platform.Core Deliverables include:
- Work with the Technical Producer to build pages.
- Support development of user journeys within the CMS (AEM) that demonstrates the platform's personalisation capabilities.
- Provide technical support in the rollout of the product (corporate website), including support other Content Designers and use of the platform for low code development.
- Support training needs through the development of working demos
- May contribute to supporting other practices including Organisational Change Managers in Business Transition and Business Impacts, Procurement, Solution Design and Architecture and Testing Services
- Strong customer service skills.
- Advanced experience in agile practices
- High level of skills with the AEM platform and low code for Content Design
- Highly developed interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, consult, coordinate, and deliver briefs conceptualisations/POCs in a large, diverse, and complex organisation.
- Superior written communication skills and demonstrated extensive experience in preparing high-quality epics and user stories.
