- Copywriting across a range of formats, including website content, social media, blogs, marketing creative, and internal presentations.
- Create visual artwork/creative in adherence to brand guidelines
- Manage content production workflows, including planning, execution, and post-production processes.
- Coordinate delivery of collateral dispatch with external stakeholders, including agency and media partners.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator to develop, design, and distribute marketing collateral in line with the annual marketing strategy and business plan.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Content Producer or similar role, with a strong track record in digital content production and management.
- In-depth understanding of SEO, analytics tools (Adobe/Google Analytics), and content management systems.
- Strong graphic design skills and experience creating visual artwork in adherence to brand style guidelines.
- Excellent writing, editing, and subbing skills, with experience in content ideation and creation across various platforms.
- Strong analytical, project management, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with video production, photography, and social media platforms is a plus.
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach.
- Relevant tertiary degree in a related field is preferred.
- Creative storyteller with a passion for content creation and digital innovation.
