Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Content Writer.The Content Writer - Knowledge Management will work with the business to review working instructions and standard operating procedures to uplift into a new management solution, supporting a transformational program that is replacing core business systems.Experience required to fulfil this role will include:
- Ability to conduct a comprehensive review of existing knowledge management artefacts and identity those impacted by the new system.
- Experience in writing and editing instructional content including standard operating procedures, working instructions, internal guidelines and job aids that meets the needs of operational frontline staff.
- Collaboration with subject matter experts to deliver accurate and appropriate knowledge management artefacts, applying corporate formats and keeping in line with the organisational style guide.
- Forward looking and problem solving with a holistic approach to support the embedment of the new business system.
- Achieve deadlines, effectively manage work priorities, and attention to detail.
- Experience in rollout of new knowledge management alongside project delivery working in AGILE.
- Experience in Salesforce Enablement highly regarded.
