We are a non-for-profit, community service organisation who are specialists in individual therapy. We have a team of clinicians and administrative support staff, who work collaboratively to develop comprehensive, individualised therapy plans to meet the needs and goals of our customers.

We are looking for a Senior Continence Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in Lower Southwest. You can work from our Bunbury or Margaret River office. You will work with children and adults with disabilities and continence issues, provide strategies, recommendations and support to the customer, their family and their broader network through school or workplace.

What’s required?
- A minimum of 5 years clinical experience as a Physiotherapist or Registered Nurse
- Previous experience of working in disability and/or NDIS clients
- Have Post Graduate qualifications in continence, or be working towards post grad certification
- Be able to maintain customer records and ensure adequate and effective service delivery across the allied health team
- Coordinate the assessment, planning and intervention of continence management for each customer
- Ongoing evaluation and review of customer progress against their plans
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A flexible, can-do attitude, with a strong focus on customer outcomes.
