What you'll be doing in this role?
The Continence Nurse Advisor will coordinate the specialist assessment and management strategies for clients who are referred with specific continence problems using evidence based decision making. Educational, supervisory responsibilities, evaluation and quality improvement activities will also be undertaken.
Your work will include:
- Work in close liaison with families and carers comprehensive assessments, care planning, treatment and discharge for outpatient clients who are experiencing continence difficulties.
- Enusring all clients that have engaged with our services have accurate and timely record keeping.
- Supporting collegaues and clients with specialist education and clinical advice on continence management.
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Current AHPRA registration
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
- A current Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Post Graduate qualification in continence management (Desirable)
