SalaryCHRH@Home provides support to clients throughout Hepburn Shire and Macedon Ranges within our CHSP, Home Care package, Community Nursing and Transition Care programs. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Continence Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to join our community team.
The Continence CNC will provide specialist continence advice and support to community-based clients. The Continence CNC will also support and advise our health service teams and actively support the provision of education within our CHRH workforce.

Permanent Part Time position working 48 hours per fortnight.
Salary: As per EBA + 11% superannuation + access to salary packaging

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
