Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Continuous Improvement Specialist?

We are seeking a proactive Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive efficiency and excellence within our Vehicle Sales & Settlements department. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams to identify process enhancements, reduce waste, and optimize costs, fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and prioritize based on impact and effort.
  • Lead collaborative efforts to streamline processes across functions.
  • Secure commitment for proactive change management from leadership and team members.
  • Develop clear implementation plans and success criteria.
  • Resolve technical issues hindering process efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed analysis to accurately define challenges and specify deliverables.
  • Monitor solution implementation to achieve objectives and benefits.
  • Cultivate a culture of Continuous Improvement and promote standardization in processes.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

  • Experience in business/Continuous Improvement roles with success in delivering process improvements.
  • Proficiency in using BPMS tools and business process modeling notation.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
  • Strong decision-making and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Detail orientation with a passion for challenging the status quo.
