Continuous Improvement Manager - Warehouse Operations

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the role will have overall responsibility for the following:

• Leading process improvements and spearheading the implementation of new warehouse projects to drive operational excellence.
• Managing a small team and overseeing all warehouse systems, policies, processes, and procedures
• Reviewing and optimizing workflows to enhance productivity in international export and domestic distribution channels.
• Monitoring distribution costs and budgets to ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Ensuring safety and compliance standards are upheld across warehouse and distribution centres.
• Liaising with production leaders and customers to identify improvement areas and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Developing reports, proposals and recommendations to deliver positive change in warehousing and logistics.

YOU WILL HAVE:
You will have a proactive and problem-solving attitude, working collaboratively alongside other high performing individuals.

• Previous experience in an operational or senior management warehouse, logistics, or distribution role within a FMCG or Food/Beverage manufacturing or distribution facility.
• Active participation in Continuous Improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ability to engage stakeholders bit internal or external to the business with high-level communication skills
• A commitment to Continuous Improvement, sustainable, and safe practices and working environment.
