An opportunity has become available for an Administration & Office Support to join the GREENHILL team.
You will be a reliable administration assistant, ideally with previous experience to hit the ground running.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, attention to detail and be keen to learn and support all members of our high performing team.
Opportunities will exist for candidates to expand their role through hard work and enthusiasm!
Key Duties:
- Communicating with clients through face to face, phone and email
- Data entry and general office tasks
- Assisting in day-to-day operations of the business
- Provide admin support to the wider team including document preparation and records management
Skills:
- Prior experience in an administration role with good data entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and good time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Internal systems training will be provided along with ongoing support.
