We are looking for an Contract Administrator to be responsible for the contract drafting, review, negotiation of terms changes, and post-updates maintenance of various, and better protect our company’s legal rights and interests. Responsibilities of the role include: Draft and review contracts in accordance with Home Care project requirements to ensure the contract terms comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
Assess contract risks and formulate corresponding strategies to reduce risks during contract performance. Monitor the process of contract execution, identify deviations or breaches and handle related problems. Resolve contract payment disputes.
Negotiate, modify and record contract terms based on negotiation results. Manage contract approval processes, deadlines, and deliverables. Regularly update and improve existing contracts to maintain the integrity of contract information.
