Responsibilities
- Preparation and submission of variation orders and contractual notices
- Preparing head contract progress claims and reports
- Assistance in project cost reporting and forecasting
- Preparing head contract deliverables
- Liaising and effectively communicating with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors
- Negotiation of subcontract packages and subcontract administration
- Ability to interrogate contractual claims and variations
- Knowledge and implementation of AS form of contracts
Skills and Experience Required
- Relevant diploma or higher qualification
- Good numeracy
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude
- A strong desire to learn new skills and develop your career.
- Demonstrated knowledge across Microsoft Office programs.
- Work independently with minimal direction, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills
