Responsibilities:
- Managing paperwork – OHS, police checks, inductions and certificates of trade staff
- Liasing with inbound and outbound, client and stakeholder communication
- Handling contract/project variations, invoicing and rates
- Scheduled meetings with the managers – no micromanagement
- Assisting with tenders and project submissions
- Clerical work and general administration
- Technologically literate
- Experience in Construction Management software (advantageous)
- People skills, capable of working with a team and communicating with clients
- Organized with an eye for detail
