Seeking a strong Contracts Administrator to work across two businesses in the Hunter Valley region. The two businesses, sister entities, are in the precast manufacturing space and, as of recently, are part of a larger precast group operating in Sydney, ACT and QLD. Both businesses are on a large growth trajectory and are well supported by a head office in Sydney.
Qualifications & experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, Strong administration and organizational skills, Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and preferably experience in Jobpac and/or Greentree,
- Excellent written and verbal communication, High attention to detail, Previous contracts administration experience in the construction industry preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Key tasks to the role: Keeping up to date documentation; Budget management & mapping for new projects; Management of the head contracts; Variation management; Monthly submission of progress claims to clients with all appropriate documentation;
- Responding to client queries; Debtor management; Closing out projects; Bank guarantee and retention management; Where relevant, managing any subcontractor contracts and monthly claim submission.
