With a strong project pipeline, they’re seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.
The role
- Supporting the team in contract preparation including the development of detailed scopes of work.
- Tender preparation, submission review, assessment and award.
- Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties, facilitating effective communication and resolution of contract-related matters.
- Ongoing contract management including reviewing variations, assessing, and processing progress claims.
About you
- Demonstrated knowledge and 5 years commercial experience.
- Extremely driven to develop your career within the construction industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop relationships and liaise with a range of stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
