Halcyon Knights is looking for a Vendor Support Coordinator, who will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations of our State Government department based in Adelaide CBD. This position requires a candidate with extensive experience in both call center management and high level administrative tasks. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional conflict management skills, as the role involves handling a high volume of calls on a daily basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving conflicts efficiently.
- Manage and oversee the contract administration processes within the State Government department.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contract administration.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in call center management and administration, preferably in a government or corporate setting.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Immediate availability to start the contract.
