This well-established building contractor that has a great local and regional NSW reputation for delivering high quality building to time and budget is seeking a experienced Contract Administrator or Building Cadet to join their fit-out team.
Your new role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work in a tight-knitted team that prides itself in running multiple fitout projects ranging from $500K to $10M across both the commercial and public sector. In this fast and dynamic role your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing variations, EOT and claims for additional payments
- Developing subcontractor trade packages
- Quality Assurance and Project Documentation
- Track project financial forecast and assist with cost reporting
- Assist the Project Manager with managing the project schedule
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor Degree in Construction or related discipline ideal,
- Demonstrated experience working as a Contract Administrator or Building Cadet
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of GC21 and AS4000 contracts
- Ideally, be able to use CHEOPs or JOBPAC
