They have an amazing opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join their finance team based in Cheltenham. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking for opportunity to grow in their career and will have exposure to all aspects and management of commercial contracts.
What will the role involve?
- Reviewing commercial contracts to ensure the information is complete and captured correctly
- Ensure the contract details are accurately reflected in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Liaising with relevant departments to ensure any discrepancies or incomplete details are addressed and rectified
- Communication between various departments to keep them informed of updates/progress
- Proactively follow up any discrepancies with sales representatives in a timely manner
- Escalation urgent matters to reporting manager or CFP

What you will need;
- We are looking for highly organised, motivated and professional candidates that have great administrative skills
- Exposure to bookkeeping with a great eye for detail (basic accounting knowledge)
