Our team is growing and we're on the hunt for a Contract Administrator & Sales Support extraordinaire to join the BLACKROC team.
BLACKROC is one of Brisbane's prominent high-performing Digital & IT Recruitment firms. As we continue to grow, we're now looking to appoint a Contract Administrator and Sales Support person to the company to primarily help with Contracts administration. Ideally, we're looking for someone with experience in a high-performing sales environment. This role will work closely with & report to the Directors.Duties & Responsibilities
The role will include but is not limited to:-
- Manage the generation of contracts for both clients and contractors.
- Take ownership for all system agreements and assist with any configuration changes or system problems
- Assisting in the creation of sales proposals, tenders and presentations, tailored with the unique needs of our clients.
- Sending out induction / welcome emails from our ATS
- Ensuring all signed contracts are added to our ATS.
- Sending workplace health and safety forms and tracking responses
- Taking ownership of our contractor care systems and processes
- Establish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our high performing sales team to support any administrative functions which may include (but not limited to), ensuring placements are compliant in our applicant tracking system (ATS), processing the placement, setting up post placement follow up reminders, and ensuring consultants meet their new placements and take out welcome packs.
- You will understand that the consultants in the business are your key internal customers
